Brad Mowen is a master barber with 28 years of experience at the barber chair, a decade of which has been at Rudy’s Barbershop, a company as much a part of Seattle’s landscape as coffee and Mt. Rainier. When Brad’s not providing some of Seattle’s finest haircuts at Rudy’s in the Capitol Hill neighborhood, he’s touring the world with influential band The Accused. Brad is as humble and classy as he is talented.
